Couch moves apart even on carpet

“This couch is very comfy and looks great. only downside is that these individual pieces move around too much, even on carpet. Couch does not come with brackets to hold together.”

Don’t buy Ashley furniture or warranty plan

“Do not buy! Poor quality. Feather constantly poking out on cushions and pillows. The chaise doesn’t hold firm it sinks in and stays looking stretched out. I always try and refludd it but it just goes back after a few sits. One thing I haven’t been able to wipe most messes on it. But recently spilled coffee and now can’t get to the feathers to clean because they are sewn in. I bought the extend program 5 year warranty they haven’t been very unhelpful. They respond after 2 days. Mess and stain just setting in more just to get told they will send a cleaning kit 5-7 business days. I told them the urgency and how the feathers are damaged. Yet still not sending me service. I don’t recommend buying Ashley furniture or there warranty plans.”

“The pros on this is couch that’s it’s comfy.. The con is you’ll spend extra on grip stoppers so the couch doesn’t move apart, without them you’ll be sitting on the floor. Couch cushions have feathers so you’ll be cleaning feathers every day & they stab you through the cushions. Ashley’s furniture has no fix for this, so I suggest buying another couch.”
