Cushions got significantly less supportive within 3 months.

“I love this couch so much! I was a little nervous because there was only one review on it. I went to the Ashley and sat on it and love it! It’s so cozy, I feel like I’m in bed in my living room! The only problem is it does not have connecting pieces so if you plop down it will move a bit. We plan to get non slip grips to remedy this. I highly recommend this sofa to anyone searching for a a cozy, durable sofa!”

Attractive, comfortable, oversized sectional!

“I'll admit, I wasn't interested in this sectional when I went into the store, but that was because I was looking for a blue sectional. When I was unsuccessful finding a blue sectional, I flopped down on this one, because it looked comfy and oversized, to talk to the sales representative (more like vent my frustration about going to 5 furniture stores and not finding what I was looking for) but as I sat there, I found myself getting more and more comfortable. The sales guy kindly rearranged the configuration so I could see it how I'd like it and ultimately, I purchased it, even though I wasn't overly fond of it being off white. The color has definitely grown on me but more than anything I LOVE the comfort! I will say I took 1 star off because it is stuffed with goose feathers (which I don't mind) but you will find yourself being stuck with the ends occasionally and having to pull feathers out of the sofa cushion. I've pulled at least 30 out in the month that I've had mine. Otherwise, I have no complaints, other than I have to figure out how to stop falling asleep on it!”

“Not impressed. I was sent a used/broken middle piece. The couch is broken so you immediately sink in. The chaise and armed chairs don’t sink at all. Reached out to customer service waiting to hear back.”

“I was looking for the perfect couch, as it was time to get rid of my old sectional. I went in store and had an idea of all the ones I saw online that I wanted to look at, this being one of them. I fell in love with the color, comfort, and absolutely love that the covers are removable and washable. I just got it delivered yesterday and I love it so much.”

“The sofa is beautiful in appearance, however, after just 10 days past the return policy the amount of feathers poking through the sofa are extremely uncomfortable. I called customer service and they don’t consider feathers poking through a problem.”

“I’ve had this couch about 6 weeks now, with minimal use it already has indents of common sat in areas. It’s comfy, but not the comfiest. It also has no attachments to connect the pieces so it slides around a lot. Don’t pay for them to assemble it - it’s just putting on the feet since there’s nothing to keep them together (kind of a scam for the price you pay)”

I like it but…..

“Whenever you purchase a modular type sectional it never quite matches because they’re manufactured in different lots, one of the sections was a darker beige than the other two which were more white. Customer service was really good and they address the problem right away and delivered a new module.
Now I noticed that the new module is much firmer and appears to be more overstuffed than the other one which is much softer and you sink in right away, it almost appears that one of the modules has already been broken in. My concern is the one that is very soft will not hold up as well as the other two as it’s much less firm. Again this is what happens when pieces are built individually and ultimately put together as one unit ,You’ will never have consistency vs buying a regular sofa.
Overall it’s very nice but I am a bit concerned and somewhat disappointed.”

“I bought this sofa a little over a month ago and absolutely love it! Its so comfortable and pretty in my space. I have a small living room, so went with the armless end pieces for a nice comfortable fit and gives it a more modern, yet cozy feel. The pillows it comes with have removable covers, so I changed those out to something lighter. I purchased it from the Montclair store and the salesman, James, was awesome! He knows his stuff and very helpful:)”
