“Overall the quality of the couch is great! It's very comfortable, and the fabric seems like it's high quality. The only downside is the legs on the couch are a very cheap looking plastic. Does not match the overall aesthetic of the couch. Thankfully, if you have carpet, the legs are mostly covered. The legs are also difficult to install - the instructions say there are holes started for the screws to go into, however there are no holes, so you have to measure where to screw the legs in.”

Arrived in a disappointing state

“So far the set is nice, but the state the furniture arrived in has been a huge headache. Most of the pieces were damaged/stained. This is unacceptable for what’s supposed to be brand new furniture with pretty expensive white glove delivery. We are currently going through the process with support for someone to re-cover our “new” furniture.”
