“Very soft but fabric was a bit weird. Also had a funky/chemical smell that did not leave. The drivers said it would and never did. Lastly, some of the wood was showing by the arm chair which tells me they didn't do a good job on the covering. Buyer beware.”

“Everything was great until delivery. The drivers were very nice but after removing the packaging of the furniture they should have either washed their hands or put on gloves. They got dirt prints all over the white sofa and sectional.”

Comfortable and beautiful, but feathers poke out.

“It's comfortable and beautiful, however, we have only had the sofa for a couple of weeks and the feathers are starting to poke out. When i looked at the sofa in store, i asked the sales rep. if the feathers would come out she said no. I am giving it a 3 start because of the issues with the feathers.”

“The chair itself is great. However Ashely's service is not. I have shopped with Ashley's for many years. In this case I purchased the couch and paid over $400 for delivery and set up. I had my sister take time off work to be at my house for the delivery/ set up. I received a text stating they were on the way and to make sure pets were secure and the set up area was clear. When the delivery came, the driver stated he did not have insurance to come in my home. He could only leave my white furniture on my porch or in the garage.!!! i have attempted to reach out to someone at Ashley's with no repose. Very disappointing.”
