“The couch in itself is good! It might not be scratch friendly if you have a cat. They delivered entire couch assembled which was very hard to bring inside the house and it has black stains on back and one of the recliner seats does not open smoothly.”

Disappointed – Color Doesn’t Match and No Returns

“I purchased the Ashley Danum Reclining Sofa in Spice, expecting it to look like the warm orange tone shown in the pictures. Unfortunately, the actual sofa is nothing like what’s advertised—it’s much closer to a deep burgundy red than orange. The color clash is obvious with the rest of my furniture, and it feels misleading.
To make matters worse, Ashley refused to take it back, even though the product looks very different from the photos. For the price, I expected much better accuracy in representation and customer service. The reclining function works fine, but the frustration over the misleading color and lack of support outweighs any positives.
Bottom line: If you’re considering this sofa, be cautious—the “Spice” color is not what it looks like online, and you may be stuck with it.”
