“Right side recliner doesn't work right. Won't recline back and then when it does it won't go back down. If other side is reclined the right side slowly goes down. Not happy with it at all”

Nice loveseat with very minor nuances...

“Seems well made. Four star is simply due to fabric not "seeming" overly sturdy. We got the INK which will probably show wear and tear more than a lighter color. Only time will tell. Assembly instructions are a little cryptic, but it's not too complex. Our issue was one of the "wings" was in the box but the other was stuffed in the underside of the loveseat, so that caused a little confusion. Just be sure to look for the pillows and wings "inside" the bottom of the couch. On the super positive side... the construction consists of metal and solid wood components so that makes me happy. Communication from Ashley was good through the entire process and the delivery service was top notch.”

Very comfortable loveseat

“Very comfortable. I have slept a couple of nights on it and woke up feeling great. Reclines easily and smoothly. Has one small drawback. Since it needs a good amount of wall clearance and is very light if you have it on a laminate or wood floor it will slide backwards to the wall and you will have to pull it forward. Put a rug underneath it and that pretty much takes care of the issue.”

“Seating surface and backs are EXTREMELY firm. Loveseat arrived with a hole in it. Ashley sent out a technician, showed him the hole first thing. Only noted about the seating surface and reported it was normal (never touched it or sat on anything) and now I’m having to have another technician come out regarding the hole. Was told by first tech that I would hear from someone, I ended up having to CALL Ashley myself and they had no idea I should have been expecting a call. Very disappointed in the customer service aspect of the transaction. I had to send in photos and video before the technician came out but apparently that isn’t sufficient enough for them to make my loveseat right. Will be my last purchase with their company.”
