“We had this for our new place and we love it. Very comfortable and if you like a little bit firm to support your back this is it. When we check this one in our location and try sit on it. We knew this is the one we wanted. Good price,delivered very fast and assembled very quickly. Even the person who accompanied us and explaining some product to us is very knowledgeable and helpful. We never stay for long in all the process. Now we’re enjoying it. My 2 small dogs are loving it too. Happy family here.”

Sofa is great, delivery not so much

“The sofa is great. But the delivery guys were not. They didn't call before and came right at 8. I was expecting a wake up call 20 minutes before so I could get up and move things around. But no, I was still asleep and had a full bladder, but they were in such a rush, I had to run around like a chicken with my head cut off. They came in and left the door open. I shut it and said to please keep it closed until I secured my cats. They didn't care and just left it open again. I was able to find and secure my cats, but I was frantic and again had a very full bladder. They brought the sofa in like a freight train, just going with a single mission; bring sofa in house. It's in and everything is fine, but it was a whirlwind of 15 minutes and one hell of a way to wake up. I will probably still buy from Ashley if I need anything, but please call before delivery, especially if it's in the morning.”

“Delivered damaged. the couch was delivered. Upon unwrapping, we found a rip on the other right arm. Torn due to someone pushing it around while on its end.
Ashley customer service pushed me around to 3 different 866 numbers. Finally received someone that submitted the information. Told I would be contacted no less than 48 hours. That was 3 weeks ago. Every attempt to contact Ashley results in, 'Let's us check on your status' and I never hear back.
I like the couch but not the company.”

Bad Customer Service

“Seating surface and backs are EXTREMELY firm. Loveseat arrived with a hole in it. Ashley sent out a technician, showed him the hole first thing. Only noted about the seating surface and reported it was normal (never touched it or sat on anything) and now I’m having to have another technician come out regarding the hole. Was told by first tech that I would hear from someone, I ended up having to CALL Ashley myself and they had no idea I should have been expecting a call. Very disappointed in the customer service aspect of the transaction. I had to send in photos and video before the technician came out but apparently that isn’t sufficient enough for them to make my loveseat right. Will be my last purchase with their company.”
