“Too hard. Not cushy like the photos. Good lumbar support but aside from that it is pretty rigid and uncomfortable. Electric reclining motor is very slow. I wouldn’t buy it again and we will give it away next year after we save to buy a different one. Customer service and delivery was excellent though!”

“This item was delivered on March 25, 2025. Starting in mid June the leg was starting to stick on one side when opening to recline, followed by the other side. The seats do not function like they did and get stuck opening and closing every time. We reached out to warranty support. A technician came out on July 5, 2025 and they said the mechanism is bent inside. We were just told that this is not a manufacturer defect and meets craftsmanship guidelines. The repeated use (3 months!) caused the mechanism to bend and is considered completely normal. We were offered the opportunity to buy the part that is broken. Why would we invest more money into this couch that didn't last 3 months?!”

“After sitting on these in the store, we ordered two sofas and the recliner. They are SO comfortable. We weren’t planning on getting anything that reclined but they are so comfortable and look great! Not sure what the review titled “MEH” is talking about with the reclining motor because these are manual recliners so they may have reviewed the wrong item. These are cheaper online vs in store though (and free shipping online, in store was like $150) so find what you like in store and order online. Love these!”

“One of the recliners looks good. The other was made crooked. I’m trying to return it and it’s taking a while to process a return. The matching sofa is pretty but also made very cheaply. I already have seating indents after just a few weeks. Ashley makes pretty furniture but uses the cheapest quality materials.”
