Not happy!!!

“I am very disappointed with this recliner. It is very hard to push back and recline and the foot rest doesn’t go back in place easily you have to manually push it in place. I can’t return it and so I’m stuck with it. If the web site had said more plainly about return policies I would have returned it with in 72 hrs. But you had to go learn more not everybody does that. Probably won’t order anything from Ashley again. The agent I spoke to about this never got back to me.”

Bait and switch, very unhappy with this purchase

“I tested out this recliner in two different Ashley Stores. I was bewildered as to why the most comfortable recliner was priced well below others in the showroom. I sat in it, and it was soft and comfortable, it hugged you so well. My wife loved it too and she's not even a recliner person.
When I received mine, it was stiff as a board. I feel I sit high and has no lumbar support. I gave it a few weeks to see if it will soften a bit, but nothing. It's horrible. Don't waste your money on this chair. I've shopped at Ashley for so many years, but this was a total bait and switch.”
