“This was the second delivery of the same item. The first time it was all scratched up, this one the reclining mechanism is broken. They offered to come out and repair it's going to technician but it's already broken on on delivery so that's not something that I want to do so now we are in the waiting process for a third recliner and what was my mind is why would they have not check this out at the factory before bringing it all the way down to my house doesn't make any sense.”

Sets the scene

“We bought this set a year ago and are so happy with them. They really make our living room look inviting. They are incredibly comfortable and roomy. I do have a particular spot i like to sit, and i feel like the footrest on the recliner is starting to give, but i use this spot A LOT so perhaps it was my own doing. Other than that they are quite durable and easy to clean, though we have no children so we are easily pleased.”

“Really love the fact that these couches are extremely durable and very easy to clean with a simple damp cloth with just water. We have 3 large dogs (75* lbs each) and we do allow them up on the couches with us but for the most part lay on a blanket thrown down on the couch. I was worried when buying these that the dogs would destroy the shape of them like they did our old couches from Ashley. But we have had them for about 5 months now and they have kept their shape completely! They are a little firm only on the seat part and the arm rests. I gave the review a 3 star only because these couches for some reason feel great on my back. But hurt my neck if sitting on them for more than an hour. I do have neck issues from car accidents years ago but these couches bother me the most for some reason. For anyone reading this review that may find themselves searching for a great couch for neck issues, I’m not sure if this is the one. Could work for you, just doesn’t very well for me. I have a straitened cervical spine where as a normal person would have a ‘C’ curve to it to support their head. So my neck is inflamed a lot and causes terrible migraines. I tend to Start to feel that tension heachade or migraine come on if sitting on them for to long. Other than that they are very comfortable. And they look nice and classy! Love the nail trim on them. My husband and I are expecting our first baby in 2 months and that was also a big factor to purchasing these couches. We had been told they hold up great to stains and spills. And just seeing how well they clean from the dogs running in with fresh muddy paws, makes me very happy with the purchase for our little bundle of joys future spit ups, juice spills, etc. lol”

“The seats sink in on one side and the one half of the couch is uneven. Don’t drop anything in the cushions because there is raw unfinished wood that you can get splinters on trying to get it out. The stitching is very large and easy to catch. This has been my worst furniture purchase.”

“I bought this couch online without even sitting on it first, only based on the positive reviews. It was a great decision! It has the perfect amount of firmness in the seat area, and the back has just enough cushion so its not pushing your head down and kinking your neck. I also love how it reclines slowly so it doesn't pop up and almost scare you like some recliners. Plus, you don't have to recline in set positions, you can have it leaned as far back or as little as you would like. Also, I love the material, it looks modern, and is very soft and comfortable, and doesn't make you too hot like leather. I highly recommend this couch!”
