“Ordered 2 sofas. I was told delivery would be 5-6 weeks and received in over 11 weeks after making multiple calls for an update. Received one sofa in great condition. The other has a fabric defect and the sofa back pieces are not secured in place, so we cannot sit on it. Called Ashley's within one hour of receiving and now at over 14 weeks, we are back to square one waiting for the defective sofa to be picked up and the one Ashley has our money for to be delivered. I have made several calls and always been told someone will call me, but no one has ever called. I have had to be very proactive to try to get what we paid for. We were excited to order new furniture and this experience has been disappointing, taking the joy out of it. Ordered in April. It's now August.”
