“My dog and I are loving this couch with the ottoman. It’s soo comfortable and attractive. The only thing is I wish is that the cushions were reversible. I definitely will always keep a protective blanket over the top for this reason, just in case.”

“I’ve been trying to contact Ashley Furniture. My sofa sleeper that was delivered four days ago is damaged on one arm, and I haven’t heard anything back. I need it to be replaced ASAP. Please contact me. I will not buy online again. Your customers need real customer service by a human being, not a computer bot named “Jenny.” Disappointed.”

“The sofa is too new to give it a 5 star rating because I don't know how long the cushions will remain as firm as they are (and they are great ). The color and arm style is what drew me to the particular sofa, but I wish there would be an option to have 'arm slip covers' (since the arm of any sofa seems to get dirty quickly) in the pattern of the pillows that are part of this purchase. I think that would be a great addition.”
