Worst delivery experience Ever!

“I like the sofa but I had such a bad delivery experience I only gave it a 1. I left a long message per the chat bot right after it was delivered. I asked for a delivery fee refund because of the experience but was refused. It said someone would look into my account and get back to me. No one did. I guess since I paid cash they didn't care. Too bad. I wanted to get some more pieces but not now. I won't be a repeat Ashley's customer.”

“Great Sofa! The button backing gives it a dressier look. A good surprise, it's a little higher from the ground. Nickel color works well. Fabric feels good. Easy to assemble. Just flip it on it's back, screw the legs in by hand, flip it back on it's legs, do the same on the ottoman, then place the cushion in.”

“Nice sofa but concerned about the material! I don’t think it is pet friendly so I will need to purchase a cover! There was a problem with the legs and middle cushion had a snag so I have to wait 2 weeks for Ashley to repair and attach legs!! Other than those problems, I am pleased.”

“They delivered the sofa to the front porch wouldn’t even bring it inside when we unwrapped it it was missing the legs! I have called them four times. I have emailed them two times in a week asking them to come pick it up and still nobody has contacted me. They have terrible customer service. I wouldn’t purchase anything from them again.”

“The couch is definitely not qualty built, the cushions are nice and firm at first but quickly change to feeling soft and squishy just sitting on them a little bit..only had it a couple of weeks..the legs cannot screw all the way down in place, the cloth is wrapped under at the corners and lumped together and then stapled onto the wood frame, right where the legs go of course, they hit the cloth lumped together and none could be screwed down properly.. all legs have a different height when screwed down and none are tight, legs stay loose because they cannot tighten down properly, medium quality is the end result.”

“Got this one because both the seats and the back are firm enough to support my back but cushioned enough to be comfortable. It’s also the perfect size for my apartment. With a small extension table it doesn’t feel cramped at all.
It’s “tall “ enough so that my legs extend comfortably making it easier to get up.
Beware though. The main section is one piece and she’s wide and tall! Make sure you have clearance not only through the doorway, but also to swivel safely if there’s any obstruction within 10 feet from the door.”
