“A beautiful quality sectional which is the perfect size for my 700 square foot apartment. The blue and white blended fabric is well blended. The sofa feet are plastic but do not look cheap. The cushions are thick yet comfortable.”

“BUYER BEWARE
I bought this couch and within 4 weeks the fabric began to fray. There is a “silky” fabric that is woven in and that is what has broken down and frayed.
I called Ashley and had to wait for a technician to come out to see the couch. Despite the “overly agreeable” technician whose comments, to me, were “excessive fraying”, Ashley Furniture has taken the position that this is not a manufacturer defect. They have refused to give me a store credit to put towards another one if their couches that is more expensive or better constructed. The only thing they’ve done is tell me to “buy a sweater shaver” to get rid of the “pillling”.
The fact that the couch looks dreadful in 4-5 weeks is bad enough, but what’s worse is the customer service and Ashley Furniture’s refusal to offer a replacement or store credit.
I do have another Ashley Furniture couch that has been great, and it’s 3 years old. This couch; however, was more expensive.
What I’ve learned? Never buy from Ashley Furniture again. Please do not waste your money on this couch. Shop elsewhere. Do not give your business to a company that prides themselves on customer service and warranty, when their actions are unscrupulous.”

“I purchased this sofa chaise, it was delivered 2/6/2025. Within 2 weeks I was at the store letting them know the cushions were sagging and the material was pilling. They filed a claim for a technician to come out. He told me my extended warranty would cover it. What about the manufacturer I say. He told me they wouldn't deal with it. Protection plan had me send them photos. They notified Ashley furniture this is under the manufacturer 1 year warranty. Ashley Furniture sent me a cushion cover!!! No contact to me except by email telling me a part was being ordered!?! I called customer service and was told I had to wait until I received the part to file another complaint. I will be writing a letter tomorrow to Ashely Furniture, Better Business Bureau, and Synchrony Credit, whom I'm financing this with. Ashley Furniture is selling furniture that they aren't standing behind.”

“We have made numerous purchases from Ashley. We bought this sofa and two matching chairs in January 2025. It is now May 3,2025 and i have to routinely shave the pills from this furniture. It looked like it would wear well but it can't even handle normal use from two retired persons. Very disappointed.”

“I've had this couch for a month or so. I absolutely love it. I have the matching chair and ottoman as well. Very comfortable. Cushions are nice and firm. I'm taking off one star because you should just go ahead and buy a fabric shaver now. Specifically if you have the blue fabric. It has white fabric woven into it and that seems to pull and get very fuzzy.”

“Cannot express how happy I am with this furniture. Especially when I had to order online because I'm not able to get around very well due to an injury right now. I've had multiple sofas and recliners that never worked out because they were either too soft or leaned back too far or just didn't provide support. I have back trouble and need something firm for support and stability. This does all that and has soft durable fabric that is super comfortable to everyone who's tried it out so far. I loved the sofa chaise so much I ordered the chair the same night it arrived and it really pulls the room together. The color is a bright Navy even though sometimes it looks darker and it's stunning. The chaise is so cozy for reading or watching TV it is sometimes hard not to fall asleep.”
