“The chair is great. I love it. But there was a problem with the set up and delivery it was not functioning properly I had to make several calls to various people and felt as though I was getting the run around. Finally I spoke to someone in guest services at Ashley. She understood understood what I went through and ended up crediting the set up and delivery fee. In addition she offered me the option of a new chair or to just send a technician out to check what the problem was. It ended up being a real simple fix, and I am extremely happy with the professionalism and support I received from the Ashley team. It has a neck rest button a chair recliner button USB port and tons of deep storage in the arm rests. I also was eligible for 12 months interest free financing. That was the cherry on top. I would highly recommend Ashley and their products. Have a great day.”

“I have two of these chairs and love them. However, I ordered an additional one from the online store (huge mistake) and instead I received a brown loveseat. I have now called 3 times, texted once, talked to no fewer than 9 people and my issue is still unresolved. Absolutely outrageous.”

“Material is nice but it makes really loud wood-creaking and material-rubbing noises when reclining and vice versa. I also didn't notice until after a few weeks the recliner is wobbly and uneven on the floor, making it annoying when you stand up or sit down, very unstable. Huge waste of $1,300. Don't buy. Oh, but the lights are cool.”
