“Delivery and customer service was great, especially for an online order. However, description needs to be corrected. Item came as a fabric (almost felt) material not faux leather.”

Great recliner, incorrect material advertised

“The recliner is great! However, the fabric is not what was advertised. It stated the fabric was a faux leather, which would be easy to clean/wipe off (I have some medical issues). When the recliner was received, it was a suede-type fabric. I still really like the recliner and don't want to send it back, but it was disappointing that the advertised material was not correct since that was the main reason I chose this style. Hopefully I will be able to clean the fabric properly and won't ruin it.”
