Poor customer service

“The recliner arrived and was smaller than expected and too firm. I called and emailed about returning it, or for an exchange to more suitable chair and was told Ashley has a no return policy. I feel I was treated very poorly and I’m very very disappointed. This was not my first purchase, but will be my last. Myself, family, or friends will never buy anything from Ashley again. Hopefully the unsuspecting public sees this. Buyer’s beware customer service is terrible..”
