“Very nice however it is not centered correctly and too heavy for me to move. One seat on the loveseat has a scrubbing sound. Left side on loveseat cup holder is puffy.
Otherwise I love both pieces and would really appreciate it if someone could come and check them out.”

Poor Customer Service From Broad River Retail (Ashley Furniture)

“I like the set, looks just like the picture, except for the back of the chair. In real life, there are three cords coming from the back. This means I have to use 6 total electrical sockets on my wall.When I spoke to someone in the Gastonia location he referred me to 803-228-4848. I spoke to a representative, she told me to text the pictures to the above number. I texted the pictures on Thursday and still have not received a response from Broad River Retail. I would really appreciate if someone would contact me.”
