“My wife and I recently purchased this sofa, and we couldn’t be more pleased with our decision. It has exceeded our expectations in both design and functionality. Not only is it exceptionally comfortable and well-constructed, but it also includes a host of thoughtful features—ample cup holders, USB ports, an electrical outlet, reading lights, hidden storage in the armrests, and even a wireless phone charger. Our son enjoys it just as much as we do, which speaks to its universal appeal. The delivery team was prompt, respectful, and had the sofa fully assembled in no time. Horrible experience!

“DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! I wish I could give a 0 as a star review. It is not related to the sofa but the customer service. I specifically asked prior to purchasing the sofa if I could get it prior to a specific date. Absolutely! Should not be a problem at all because it is in stock. I said that was the condition that I purchase the sofa. Again, no problem. I would have it. I purchased and the a few days later got a text about the delivery date and to call if I needed to reschedule. It was the date I said I had to have it prior to. Also it was schedule for 12-3, which was too late for me to get. Had I know I would not have been able to get the sofa prior to the date, I would have gone somewhere else. They are concerned about making a sale versus telling the truth. No Integrity at this location at all! I have spoken with a few people at the location and they say they will call back each time but they don't. They always say they are busy and couldn't call. They tried to blame me for the issue and even the person scheduling the delivery blamed me and was rude. I am having to cancel my order and pay 20% for something that they told me which wasn't true. They should have said they could not guarantee it be there in time. I would have passed. This has been a horrible experience! Buyers beware!!!”
