Buyer Beware!!

“The fabric on this couch is so ugly. The pictures posted are NOT representative of what the fabric really looks like. It looks like it is made from a bathroom rug, and it sheds. Do yourself a favor and go into the store to view the fabric before ordering. Mine was delivered yesterday, and customer service has been absolutely horrible. Spent two hours on the phone today with them and was transferred numerous times with no resolution. You’ve been warned.”

“I love the couch. It is comfortable and more importantly my feet touch the floor when I sit down without a pillow behind my back. At 5ft 2” tall it is a challenge to find a beautiful stylish couch that I can comfortably sit down on and have my feet touch the floor. The couch is lovely in the living room. It’s also comfortable for my brother in law that is 6 feet tall.”

“I bought the couch, the oversize chair and the ottoman, and couldn’t be more pleased. The cushions are firm and yet so comfy. Got a lot of compliments over the holidays. I had a problem with the seam on the chair when it arrived, but Ashley sent someone out immediately to rectify the problem. Couldn’t be happier.”

Best comfy sofa

“We ave this sofa in 3 and 2 seater and this is our best investment. If you want to sit straight, this is the sofa for you but due to big fluffy fusion and soft cover, it feels so comfortable. We cant get up from this sofa without taking nap in this cold weather. Price is unbeatable. My only wish is it came with slightly smaller and colorful cushions.”

“I think it's a crying shame that Ashley is still pushing this manufactures reject off on unknowing customers. Change the angle of the photo and customers are not aware until delivery that the cushions are so large it is impossible to sit let alone lie on it .unless the cushions are removed. It's time Ashley stop treating customers like me as though we are 4 yr olds incapable of thinking for ourselves. Pull that sofa from your inventory.”

“My sofa less than 1 yr old is wearing horribly the material is stretched out one arm caved in, and they had to come and actually take off the whole section repair the particle board and put new material we are seniors of average weight when i called they told me it was normal wear and tear not covered by the warranty we purchased not only the sofa but oversized recliner bedroom sets and dining room sets very disappointed with the quality of Ashley's furniture and warranties as we have on all we purchased will not buy there again”

“Don’t buy this it is junk! I purchased the whole set and everything is having to be fixed! Instead of Ashley making good on their furniture they would rather come in your house and rebuild the whole set instead of replacing it or standing behind their furniture. This set cost $3600 don’t waist your money”
