Very disappointed

“Very disappointed in this sofa. I have had it less than 6 months and the cushion sags. It won’t bounce back to shape when you get up. And the fabric snags badly and is pilling where we sit the most. It’s beautiful and matches any decor but I would not recommend this sofa. It isn’t durable and doesn’t hold up.”

“Wide seats but not so much so that it’s hard to get up from. Very comfortable couch, not firm but not too soft. Great material. Perfect size for my one bedroom apartment. Delivery process was easy. The pillows are good quality.”

“This is the perfect main couch! I have a small home and needed something to just fall into and lounge on after working in my home office. This sofa is comfortable and sturdy feeling! Best thing is that all six main cushions come off! Also, I love the fact that the legs are taller than the average sofa, so if you can use a broom or vacuum to reach underneath. It’s got a good texture, something like tweed, but at little fuzzier. It’s the perfect feel. The pillows are okay but I’ll probably get my own in time. I’ve had my couch just over two weeks and enjoy it immensely, and have already slept on it several times. The sofa is a good size but fits pretty in both big and small spaces!”

“This sofa is a perfect combination of modern style and comfort. The neutral tones go with any decor. We especially love the deeper seating on this model at 44". This will make a great guest couch for overnight stays, also. The pillows are a little stiff, but hopefully with time will break in a little more. Seems very durable and sturdy. Easy to move into the house!”

“Love the sofa, love seat, and ottoman to this collection. Very much love that you can remove all of the pillows and they are able to be flipped. However we had a terrible experience with the delivery service. We were told our furniture would arrive on the 30th but when I called to check on the status of this since when placing the order it was 14-16 weeks out they said it would not arrive till October. The day of our delivery came no phone call nothing thankfully we were able to remove the set that was there and prep for arrival in less then an hour. I called customer service about this received not call back about this issue. Highly disappointed and probably would be less likely to purchase again because of this experience. Treat your customers better.”
