“Nice looking chair. Heat is nice. Massage is just an odd vibration. Kind of comfortable other than the fact that the foot rest is a board with VERY little stuffing on the top. You can feel the board all around the edges of the footrest especially where you use your feet to push it back down. Have hurt the heel of my foot multiple times now. Not very much stuffing in the arm rests either and moves around a lot. There should be foam wrap and then stuffing and there is not. Also, the heat and massage is just a basic heat pad sewn into the bottom back of the chair you can feel the edges of it as well. Not worth the upcharge for heat and massage when you can spend less buying the pad at the store yourself.”

“Would definitely buy these again. Did not pay for the assembly so they were delivered to my driveway as requested. Assembly was super easy, but you do need 2 people to make it easier to put tab A in slot B. The hardest part was finding the power cord for the heat/vibration because it was zip tied to the under side of the seat. The heat works well. The massage/vibration also works well but is loud if you sit and press the motor against the wood frame. I fixed this by wrapping cloth around the frame. The seats are firm but comfortable. A 5'10" 300 lbs person fits well. Feet hang off when reclining, but I feel this is typical. Overall, VERY HAPPY.”

“I have had this chair for a week. I really like the chair. It's a big chair. I'm 5'10". and my feet touch the floor. If your a few inches smaller you would have trouble touching the floor. The chair is very firm and feel's that it was build well. Love the heat/message. You could sleep in this chair. And I have. The seat height is high. Makes it easy to get up. Worth the money.”
