“This recliner is exactly what I had hoped for! It's soft, comfortable, and the heat/massage functions are a wonderful perk! While some may not think that the features are 'strong' enough, for them to be built into the chair, I find them to be worth the extra money. My son also loves this chair! He loves rocking on it, but I have also caught him on more than one occasion using the heat/massage function (you can use them separately, but we both prefer to use them simultaneously). I guess even five year old's need time to relax and decompress! I recommend this chair!”

“I am not sure what I was expecting from the massage part of the chair but all it does is vibrate doesn't really massage. It's also noisey when the massager is on.
If you have short legs, this is not the recliner for you. It takes me a little bit to get out of the chair but other than that I like it.”

My wife and I love our rocker/recliner. I am 6'2" and it fits me well. We both love the comfort of the chair and the fabric. The heat and massage are definitely bonus features on top of a comfortable chair.

“I’m in love with this recliner. Love the heating and massage feature. BUT it clunks when i rock in it. Sounds like a recliner from the 80s. I’ve already called for repair and they are replacing the bottom. Sure hope this works. If the clunking stops I’d give it 5 ⭐️s”

“It is nice but the vibrator is loud. I had to put a piece of rubber and a piece of carpet under the chair otherwise my Wife said it made to much noise. Can't tell that in the showroom. I thought the one I picked out went back much further but I guess not. Once I get comfortable I can take a good nap in the afternoon. I cannot take a photo as I do not have a cell phone to take a photo.”

Massage & heat functions are "Light"
The massage is just a simple vibration and the heat I can only feel in the back.
Padding is a little thin but it's still comfortable enough to fall asleep in.
Remember you only get what you pay for.”

“When I first start the massage unit it is very quiet as it progresses it gets louder and louder like it is rubbing onto a part of the chair frame. I can move a little and then quiets down but as soon as it gets to a certain point again it starts growling really loud. If I do not recline the chair the loud noise takes longer to start.”

The vibrating feature is not super strong, but it’s a nice touch. The fabric is soft. Overall, I’m very happy with our purchase. My husband wants to take my new chair so must not be too shabby!!!”
