“Awful experience. Customer service stinks!
I started a return over 2 weeks ago and I keep getting the run around as to when I can expect to have the chair picked up and get my refund of $800.
Multiple emails, Multiple chats, Multiple phone calls and I am continuously being told to wait 72 hours!
I'm never going to buy from you again!”
