Decent for the price point

“So far this is a decently comfortable sofa. We bought both the sofa and the loveseat. Both manual recline in Bark. We did not pay to have the furniture moved or set up. Both come wrapped in plastic and have cardboard underneath. Which it took a few minutes to unwrap but definitely not with $250 to have the delivery drivers unwrap it. The furniture is already ready to go. The loveseat is a lot heavier than the sofa. Overall they look nice. I am still not a fan of the loveseat at all. If we had the room, I would have gone with two sofas. I have no use for the console or cup holders. If they had an option without it would be a better piece of furniture. The set appear to be a decent quality. We will see how long it holds up for. We have two dogs and three kids so time will tell. If you like the look of leatherish material. The price point is fair. I would have much rather gone with real leather but this was a much lower price point. They do offer percentage off coupons and I would try to get one to use with this set.”

“Our family needed a new couch. This is during the social distancing where stores are closed and we could only “shop” online for furniture. My husband was more hesitant to order online before seeing the couch in person. Our old couch was beat- springs coming up the bottom, the dog chewed one of the arms, and two kids later- we needed a new one and the Boxberg was a great price that we couldn’t pass up! It is a Great couch! Looks just like it does in the picture. Extremely comfortable to recline in. Durable and study. Easy to put together. My husband put it together on his own. Also, the delivery men were wonderful. They couldn’t deliver it inside the house which was fine but they were able to put it on my porch for me. I have a very narrow driveway and they couldn’t get their truck up the driveway and they carried the couch up. Very kind and helpful men and offered to put it on the porch for me. Great couch and great service. Couldn’t ask for more or better service during this time”

“I would not recommend this sofa if you have pets or like to snuggle in a blanket on the couch. Everything sticks to it. I use a lint roller to clean it off. Now there are these whisker type fibers all over it. I hate this couch.”

“The sofa looks awesome. It's true to color. But... the fabric (soft and luxurious) starts showing wear after just a week (shows where a person was sitting). The cushion is nice, but not for long periods of sitting (puts my posterior to sleep... pins and needles) Much of the framing is made out of fiberboard. When a person reclines or returns to the sitting position, there is a loud THUMP when part of the recliner hits the floor. It is extremely annoying and super unacceptable for an item that costs this much. I was wanting a high quality piece of furniture that would last many years, but this is a typical "disposable" piece of furniture you could get at a garage sale. I'm disappointed to say the least.”

“We bought this sofa about a year ago, in the teak color, and absolutely love it. It is a pretty firm cushioned sofa and that is what we like. The fabric is durable, kind of suede type, and has withstood the riggers of our children’s abuse of furniture. It also cleans well. We would recommend it.”
