“The customer service for this item has been absolutely miserable. Firstly, I had many issues with processing the transaction: my order kept getting cancelled. Ashley would tell me to contact my bank, and my bank would say there’s nothing wrong that Ashley must have an issue with their system. Ashley wouldn’t own up to their mistake and my order was canceled over 7 times until I figured out a workaround. Secondly, I bought the item with a promise delivery date of June 13, 2025. The day of delivery they call me saying they actually don’t have the item and that I have to way until July 3 for it to be delivered. That’s 3 weeks!!! I just moved into my apartment and have no couch to sit on! I contacted customer service saying it was unacceptable and the agent just ended my chat when I didn’t respond to their message for 1 minute. They just didn’t want to deal with the issue. I then try to buy the item again just to see if it would give me a different delivery time and… it says the item can be delivered within 7 days. So, ashley is just putting the wrong day on there so you buy it and then changes the date to 3 weeks out. I wanted a different couch over this one, but only purchased this one because of its promise of a quick delivery. I’ve never been so disappointed with a company before.”
