“Beautiful pieces! Unsure of the longevity of it since it's not quite been a week. But so far I absolutely love it! Very comfortable! Soft material. I do have a dog (muddy paws) and so far it seems easy to clean”

“Do not buy!! We have had this couch for a little over a year and it does not hold up. The fabric will eventually have lint balls all over it and no matter how many times you pick each one off, they come back. The material is also very poor quality and already coming apart. The extra warranty you buy will do nothing to help. Don’t waste your money on this couch!”

“I paid for white glove delivery service to have them put the couch in the desired room. They left at the front door even though I asked to put in the room and I was told they couldn’t do it. After 6 hours, I was able to get the headrests off the couch after pulling the fabric off the back and put it in the desired room and a hole got ripped on the armrest. Called customer service to have the white glove delivery fee refunded since it was never delivered as paid for. I’ve talked to 8 representatives in 2 weeks, all of which have told me different things and ensured I would be getting a call back. I’ve waited for a call back on 4 different instances and continue to get the run around. Meanwhile, my brand new couch has a hole in the armrest and all of the fabric on the back is undone. I would highly recommend shopping anywhere else. Poor quality couch and even worse customer service.”
