“A little firm, but overall the couch is wonderful! The color is very neutral and not too dark. Paying for the home delivery was extremely worth it - they came on time and had everything set up and cleaned up in under 10 minutes.”

“I purchased this sofa in November of 2023. Within a matter of a month or so the material is stretched so the cushions have a ripples. I weigh 125 lb and live alone and do not allow the pets on the sofa. I can't imagine someone that weighs 200 lb sitting on it for anything the time as they would probably sink into the couch. Granted the price was not bad but the product is not good.”

“Overall the color and design was good. I got the sofa and loveseat and ottoman. Its a little firm I'm hoping over time the seat cushions get more comfortable. Im a little upset that the couch cushions aren't able to be flipped I think the fabric of the couch should cover the entire cushion so they can be flipped. For the price its overall a good set. We will see how long it holds up. I got the white glove delivery and the guys were great. They got it set up very fast. Less than 10 min. I would recommend Ashley Furniture again. Thanks”

“By far the most uncomfortable couch I’ve owned. It looks pretty but don’t let it deceive you. If you like to lay down on the couch or take afternoon naps this couch is not it. It looks a lot bigger than it is and definitely is not a couch you can cuddle up on to watch a movie. I enjoy to kick my legs up and read a book but the back cushions stick out way too far you have hardly any seating area left. I am a petite woman and still this couch is too small, width wise. Due to their online purchase policy you cannot return. Beware buyers. Save your self the money. Not worth it.”

“The couch is great, cushions are firm which is what I prefer. I paid for delivery by Ashley and do not recommend using their service - the people delivering broke my screen/storm door. I reported it to Ashley immediately after and was told someone would follow-up. I have not heard anything and am now out additional money to repair the door.”
