Nice modern design, not long lasting, cushions sag after few months

“We bought the sandstone color in Oct 2023, it has been 4 months and the sofa cushions are already sagging. The first 1-2 months the cushions were very firm and now the cushions sag. We are average size people, below 200 lbs and our sofa is used daily for sitting and lounging. Also, the right side of the sofa is starting to squeak when we sit down on the sofa. We have tried to identify where the squeaking is coming from but its nearly impossible because that would require taking the sofa apart which isn't an option. We do not handle our furniture rough, no jumping or heavy sitting, so we were quite surprised that only after 4 months, the sofa is already showing wear. We have spent additional money to replace the sofa cushions with better quality foam. Overall, nice design but this sofa isn't long lasting. If you're looking for a sofa that will not sag within the first 6 months, spend more money for a better quality one.
We read all the reviews about this sofa before we purchased because we wanted a good quality sofa but this one doesn't meet all the expectations that people mention in all the reviews.”

“Saw the great reviews, but had to check it out at the store as well. Originally was going to go for the brown, but the white just looks higher quality and more lux. Love the detached pillows and cushions that can be flipped and rotated with wear. So many sofas are sold with attached cushions - that really does a disservice to the longevity of the piece. If you always sit in one spot, the sofas with attached cushions will be worn down, with no remedy, in that one spot. Obviously, hardly any work to put it together - Just screw the legs in.”

So good I ended up buying a second one

“Super impressed. Wanted a simple, modern looking couch that would be comfortable to lounge on and sleep on occasionally, without being stupidly expensive. I am 5'11 and can lay lengthwise comfortably, and even spent a week sleeping on it. Despite not having the thickest cushions, and they are indeed on the firm side, I found that my sleep quality was quite great. I was so impressed with it, I bought a second one a few months later, along with a recliner to complete the living room. I also wanted a product that was genuinely made in USA -- I confirmed through chat that it is -- although hardware like bolt/screws seem to be chinesium, a minor gripe. I am very impressed overall, highly satisfied with both of them and would definitely recommend this product.”
