“I purchased this couch and love seat in the Spring of 2023 and I absolutely love it! I spent 5 months shopping around for the right couch that would be good for pets and children. I have a 100 lb white lab and her hair is so easy to clean off of this set. I simply just run my rocket shark right over the couch and love seat and in comes right off. No more struggling with her hair woven into the fabric. Same goes for stains I just use hot water extract with a sponge and everything so far has came out!”

“We got the couch and loveseat and overall, I’m satisfied. We have owned it for 60 days. It’s fairly easy to clean and it’s comfortable. The cushions have to get flipped regularly or they start to sag. My complaint though is that the fine detail threads are coming loose all over. We aren’t particularly rough on it and even have it covered with a blanket often to protect from our dogs. I expected a more sturdy quality honestly. Overall, it’s a good couch, just not quite as resilient as I’d like.”

“For the price we bought it for ($650ish) this couch was worth the buy. My husband and I bought this couch about 2 years ago. When it first arrived, it was very stiff but easily became more comfortable over the course of a couple months. I still fall asleep on this couch regularly. The fabric is soft, yet has not worn away at all. We do not have pets, but we are by no means gentle with it. The few issues we’ve had after a couple years is a few small tears have formed and the cushions have begun to sink in a little where we sit the most…not because of the cushions themselves, but the supports under the cushions. We did purchase the warranty so we should be able to get those issues fixed. Definitely a great purchase for our first couch!”

This couch does have a leather look, but is more comfortable to touch than leather in my personal opinion. I've had the couch for 4 months now and the couch has held up beautifully to my 3 cats and 1 small dog. I've even caught the cats scratching at the side briefly and there was no damage to the fabric. Also, pet hair comes off quite easily. This sofa is definitely more of a sitting sofa, it's not your super cozy comfy couch to snuggle up on. I love it and would recommend for the right space and usage (and for pets! :D)”

I had to rearrange the stuffing in the pillows on arrival they were kind of misshapen, and we didn’t receive all the hardware, instead of eight bolts and eight washers we got seven bolts and four washers. Good thing we had extra at home!! For the money, however, I think we definitely got a good bang for our buck. We will enjoy this for a long time”

The problem with this is that it sticks out of the bottom zipper and I hope I never have to clean the covers because it would be beyond impossible to take all that stuffing out and put it all back in properly. This just makes me feel like they are a bit cheaply made. Every other couch I have had has had to stuffing in some sort of enclosure. If that could be fixed it would be 5 stars.”

“We've had these couches (both the sofa and loveseat) for about a month now. Pros: I honestly love the look and feel of them. They are very comfortable and easy to lounge on but they still look so nice. I will be interested to see how they hold up to kids and pets but so far we're very pleased with the look/feel. The cushions are not attached, but we haven't had any issues with them slipping or easily sliding off (which with kids is a huge deal). Cons: The arms are a lot taller than I anticipated which is not an issue other than it makes finding/using end tables slightly more difficult. We've struggled a bit with adequately cleaning this couch. It looks like leather so it feels like you should be able to just blot up liquid, but it's definitely not and liquid immediately absorbs and creates water marks. So far I haven't found a good way to clean this. Overall still pleased with this purchase.”

“Very similar to styles are higher end furniture stores. Really looks like leather, with a soft brushed feel. Pet friendly, my cat tries to scratch it but it doesn't leave any marks. Is a bit of a magnet for pet hair, but easily comes off with a lint brush. Stiff upon delivery but softened within the week but still firm. Delivery was quick and easy, store quoted 8-12 weeks, but ordered online (June 21) and received it in 4 days. Cushions are removeable. Very happy with this purchase.”

At first I thought the legs would be flimsy but they are very sturdy. The color worked perfectly with my decor and its a very nice brown. FYI: The back pillows, and bottom cushions can be removed but the sides can't be. It looks like you can but you can't.”

I've been eyeing leather sofas for years and really couldn't justify the hefty price tag for something that my dog will definitely use as his personal bed/play pen/lounge area/safe hiding spot for treats. Needless to say, this couch is excellent (so far) with all chaos my dog brings to the table. Love the look and vibe it brings to my living space. Also, I set this up on my own. I love that it's structured/supportive/and comfy. Definitely curious to see how long it will last, but for someone on a budget that likes the mid-century/boho feel, it's perfect for now! I will say, the delivery time kept shifting and it was really annoying. It was delayed about 3 times before actually getting here, but well worth the wait!”

“This sofa isn’t on display yet in store so I took a chance ordering it online based on the reviews. First and foremost it’s not very comfortable. The back cushions are removable and come very bulky so they push you forward. I’m sure over time they get worn in, but they really don’t stay in place. The color is nice but material will definitely tear easily. Ours actually arrived damaged in 2 places, and it has been a nightmare trying to initiate a return. It’s been 3 business days and still no one has contacted us about a pick up, and you cannot speak with this department directly. It’s beyond frustrating that now I have a damaged sofa sitting in my house for who knows how long. Never again.”

“The GOOD: This sofa is very nice. I like the fabric (soft but durable) and the color-exactly as pictured. The cushions are firm and comfy. I like the high side arms. The only thing that could be improved is the seat depth by an inch or two. The BAD: The web site said it would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. We checked with the store and they also said 2-3 weeks. When they called to schedule it was 8 weeks out. When I complained, they told me that 8-12 weeks was standard. I told them that both their website and store were advertising 2-3 weeks. They said there was nothing they could do. They didn’t have it in their warehouse. I told them it was false advertising to promote a fast delivery when they knew they wouldn’t meet it. They still haven’t updated and it’s been 2 months.”

“Just got my couch delivered less than a month ago. I really wanted to live it since I waited so long to decide to purchase it. I should have never brought a couch without seeing it in the showroom. If you have friends with “junk in the truck” they can’t fit on this couch. And if you have children that might have greasy hands you can’t buy this couch. It stains so easily and they’re no way to remove the stain. I’ll eventually move it to the basement because it’s obviously not made for everyday living.”
