“Very disappointed in this ottoman and customer service. I was a few days late in returning this piece. I thought I had 7 days, it's really 72 hours. Never trust Google AI. Customer service couldn't care less about my plight. So I am forced to keep it even though I never opened the box. When I unpacked it, there was a chip on the leg. Of course. It is also so incredibly lightweight and puny. The slightest bump sends it scooting across the floor. This overpriced cardboard box is definitely going to annoy me until I give it away. Money wasted, glad I could cancel what hadn't arrived yet.”

“I did really enjoy this couch. I ended up selling it after two years due to move but it was comfortable and modern. I have two cats and their claws didn’t seem to do any damage on the actual couch cushions (they do get the zoomies), And although they are relatively trained, they did leave a few marks on the side of the couch from scratching, but nothing that was too noticeable. Great for the price.”

“Amazing sofa! I took a chance and purchased this sofa online without seeing it in person. I just hoped for the best. Prior to purchase, I had the Zardoni sofa and decided to look for a sofa that didn’t hold on to dog hair like the Zardoni. The Maimz Sofa is exactly what I was looking for! I’m so very happy with my purchase! The faux leather finish looks super high quality and way more expensive than it was. I also ordered the ottoman and love the versatility. The fabric is really sofa and easy to brush or vacuum my dog’s hair off. He’s a big fan of the sofa too!”
