Too hard/firm

“I originally purchased a fiem mattress which felt like sleeping on the floor. I exchanged for soft. In the store the soft felt different. However the brand new mattress is extremely firm (although it's supposed to be soft) and taking too long to break in which is what I keep being told. Im a side sleeper and have yet to gave a good night's sleep. If you want soft steer clear from this brand.”
