Cushions sank in after 2 months of use and gave me serious back and rib pain.

“Hurts my back and the padding it piling to the front within two months of use.
I got this chair in November and within one month of use, it gave me serious back and rib pain. I was at the ER twice until I realized that it’s this chair causing the issue. The padding sinks when you sit and creates an angle which makes it super painful to sit for more than an hour. The padding is also piling to the front. Even after flipping the cushion multiple times, it’s still uneven. The same goes for the Alesandra sofa that I purchased with this set. I’m extremely disappointed with the amount I paid and all the pain and medical bills I have accumulated due to this product. For more context, I weight only 95 pounds and I spend an hour or so on this seat every day. I wish I could exchange it for a more sturdy sofa that doesn’t sink in like that.”

“I bought this chair in store and I was so excited to get it because it felt so comfortable and I finally found a chair that I liked after years of looking. I got it home and I liked it when I first got it but now that I have sat in it for about a week, I realize that the armrests are too short, and it really hurts my back to bend over And slouch to use the armrest. It also has a very long seat so I have to scoot forward to get out of it, and it has been starting to bunch up the padding towards the front of the seat because of me scooting, I have to use the armrest to push myself forward and that hurts my back too . It is also uncomfortable because the back cushion is bigger on the top and it is on the bottom so it makes your back cave in and it pushes your shoulders forward. I don’t understand why this has such good ratings. I’m very unhappy with it and I called Ashley to see if I could return it and they said they do not accept returns so I’m stuck with an $800 pain causing chair .”

“We love this chair! It’s large enough for two people. The fabric is very soft, like microfiber. It’s very cushiony and deep. Our kids have spilled stuff on it, it wipes clean very easily and dries quickly. We love this chair.”

“This is a really nice chair. It has a brushed lambs wool look that is very classic and cozy. My husband and I can both fit on this together if we want, though honestly it’s usually just one person and a cat. The upholstery works well with 5 non de-clawed cats, as they are not drawn to scratch this type of cloth texture (as opposed to linen and standard weave upholstery). There was a small accident on it the first day which I was able to clean immediately and left behind no traces. This is a quality chair and if you are on the fence about price, I highly recommend it as it is difficult to find quality furniture nowadays. Very happy with this purchase!”
