“I do like the Ottoman. However, I did not purchase the protection plan because I have now purchased the entire Alesandria set and it has been the biggest hassle trying to get someone to come out and clean the loveseat and couch that clearly has stains and a plan I purchased in light of the sales representative's comments that it is a no hassle plan and worth purchasing but it is not!”

“We love the ottoman.. I bought this to replace the havalance coffee table the dog chewed. We have the rawcliffe 3 piece sectional and this is a perfect match. I couldn't get the oversized ottoman that goes with my furniture collection..it's a tad bit to big.. I wish that the ottoman opened, that would be a nice added feature...but oh well. Overall I'm happy with the purchase.”

“I ordered this after having the sofa and love seat for a while. The price was always too high to consider because it was a bad value but recently dropped. Over time the color doesn’t seem to match very well as it is much more bright and vibrant than the rest. I’m still trying to determine if wear and tear has affected the color of the other pieces, as they are cleaned regularly but perhaps not well enough. Still need the oversized chair one day if there is room for it!”

“The assembly was problematic. There were no instructions and the placement of the wooden bases were not clear. I’m going to have to purchase wood screws or some extra strength glue to keep one of the “legs” from moving/coming off. I like the product, but the assembly issue is a problem I’m not happy about.

“I like the overall look of the furniture but the cushion don't seem to be very good quality. We barely use the couches and have had them for only about 2 months and they have sunken in a bit. I did buy the warranty so I'm hoping they will fix them. This ottoman is not good quality at all. Mines already has a debt in the cushion that will not pop back up and the lining/piping has shifted.”
