Really plastic legs for quality should be for all furniture

“I ordered this item in December of 2023, just received it today on 1/16/24 and only to find out that the 500.00 total I'm paying is for a sofa with plastic legs, this was something I was against buying, had I known that the legs were plastic I would have not ordered this item, Ashley should not be selling any furniture with cheap legs especially since consumers can not tell the difference on the pictures online, that should be noted, this is not quality furniture, I called customer service only to be told that this sofa does not come with the option to change the legs to better quality legs, my only options were to return it and get a refund or reorder, nope, I waited long enough already on top of that I took time off from work to be home to wait for this order and this sofa was not cheap, Ashley needs to put in their description the type of furniture parts that come with these sofas, they should not be selling cheap part considering they claim to have high-quality furniture and consumers expect good quality furniture for their money and not have to worry if these legs will break a heavy guest sits on them. The only way I'm returning this and changing my review is if Ashley contacts me with better options and furniture I do not have to wait for the delivery and refund me for the time loss. The delivery men were professional and nice and put the legs on very promptly.”

“Wonderful couch, the seat cushions are holding up pretty well. I am not that tall I am only 5'7 and I can sleep on the couch without much issue. The back cushions holding up pretty nice also. Overall very pleased with the couch at the price they are selling it for, definitely would buy again if I needed to. Only thing I wish is if they had different colors but at the price they are selling it for, can't complain, plus the couch comes with two pillows as you can see in the picture. Also the delivery guys are remarkable, they will accommodate your needs, very happy with the delivery guys.”
