“The ottoman seems okay, it was shipped ground with only shrink wrap protecting it. I paid for white glove service, called Ashley and was told, it's okay, there's no assembly. But there is, you have to drill holes for the legs to screw in. So, I'm waiting for my sectional to be delivered and they can assemble the ottoman. 2 stars for misinformation.”
