“Poorly made. Cushions slide out and off the edge of the couch. Stuffing is all matted up inside cushions and fabric worn out and wrinkled. This happened within first few months. Live alone with no pets. Dealing with horrible customer service for SIX months.”

“I tried to purchase this sectional. I wanted to finance it and I was approved to do so. Ashley furniture and Synchrony are terrible at helping you purchase items online. I called both Ashley and Synchrony multiple times to get the transaction approved but they both blamed each other for the error. No one helped me. Ashley furniture, you lost business from me. I recommend to others do not purchase anything from Ashley furniture because they are not helpful.”
