“Horrible - was delivered half a couch. Was lied to that the chaise was in a second truck and will arrive shortly. After the truck never arrived I called and they said they made a mistake. It’s back order. They did not know when they were gonna get it. I am a single mom. I had to arrange time off work unpaid for the first delivery, now need to arrange a second day because they fail to communicate this with me.”
