“I love my couches! Not too firm, completely elevated my living space. Neutral enough & not too modern but doesn’t look cheap nor feel cheap. I did free delivery and they still delivered it directly in my apartment living room on the 4th floor! There was a slight smell after unboxing, I just used a bottle of rubbing alcohol diluted with water and sprayed it over the furniture until slightly damp & turned the overhead fan on and opened windows and patio doors. It was gone completely within 48-72 hours. Great purchase, I got the sofa & loveseat. They both feel like two completely full couches, not small at all for my apartment living room.”

Also, had no idea delivery meant just dropping it off in my driveway. I knew I had to unwrap and put together, but I figured they would at least bring it through the doorway. The piece is so heavy, and wrapped with bulky cardboard, I couldn’t get it through my door myself. (Even though it would have been a 3 second easy job with help) The whole experience with Ashley was a complete let down. I won’t buy again.”

But if you’re like me and you want to sprawl out and lay around on the couch, this is not the couch for you. It’s very boxy and the arms don’t have enough cushion, if you rest against them you will feel the hard wooden corners and it’s very uncomfortable. Also stains very easy and hard to clean. “The Mahoney sofa at 75” is the perfect size for my space. Nice fabric and comfortable. The ottoman is nice as well. The feet for the ottoman were in a zippered compartment underneath which was a strange surprise that took us a week to find. lol. That compartment will serve as storage for lightweight throws. Wish all ottomans provided storage so will take what I can get. Lol”

“Not worth what it cost. There are no pre-drilled holes to install the legs, so I didn’t even bother to put the legs on. The cushion slide out so easily every time you sit on it, you have to push them back in when you get up. Really disappointed!”
