“When we purchased this couch, it looked perfect and the material has held up well. Sales and Delivery were easy. However, because the cushions are attached to the base, they cannot be “fluffed” or “flipped”. Due to this, the base cushions have gone VERY flat in the center of each. You might be wondering if we are exceptionally hard on our furniture, but I assure you we don’t allow the kids to jump on the furniture, and we don’t live a super couch potato lifestyle. There are no extenuating factors that would contribute to this. When I called Ashley Furniture to make a claim and have someone repair the affected cushions, the rep was very friendly and tried to help but was clear since the cushions are attached there was nothing he could do short of replacement. Unfortunately the company’s opinion was that this is “normal wear and tear.” I have had other couches - including a less expensive couch that is 15years old, that has held up better and we still own and use. We are so disappointed with this purchase and hope to help you not make the same mistake”

“We absolutely love this couch. We fell in love with the sectional when we sat on it at the store but our living room wasn’t big enough to hold the whole sectional. We ended up buying 2 corner wedges and 1 armless section and it fits perfectly against the back of our half wall. This is a nice, big, soft lounging sofa. We can’t get over how comfortable it is. This easily fits 3 people comfortably with room to spare. You won’t regret buying this couch.”

“So far this couch is fantastic, so much seating and extremely comfortable. We have several big family members that visit and one of the key factors we loved about the couch was the strong build and high quality wood. The sales rep took apart another couch that was the same just different material and literally jumped with his body on the paded steel springs. It didn't phase it at all. It was awesome! I believe this couch will last a decade or more, just a great couch. I will say it's a LOT of couch. If you get the whole set and the ottoman, make sure you have the space. We ended up taking one armless chair out and putting it in our room. Which is also a huge bonus, the whole thing is modular and you can move it how ever you want. You won't regret this couch, if you love being comfy, laying down or relaxing with the family, and having strong high quality furniture then this is the couch for you! Don't hesitate, for real leather this set is a great deal!”

“This sofa looks terrible! We haven’t even had it for 1 year. It sinks down wherever you sit and you cannot fluff it back up or flip the cushion. We regret buying it. It may be ok for a family room of kids but for a nice living room it looks a mess. It is comfortable but that is it.”

RELUCTANT PURCHASE...

“I bought this reluctantly during a sale. I'd fallen in love with it after seeing it in store but deemed it too expensive. Google showed the sale ad and I peeked. It was 20 percent off and I'd had a glass of wine. It's beautiful in my living room, though it just fits! It's resilient, which is great since my dogs use it as an obstacle course. It's so comfortable that a recent huest chose to sleep on it, instead of the daybed in my home office. 10/10 would buy it again, even at full price. I am using the 24 months no interest plan and I could be happier. Oh yeah, get the ottoman, it's worth it. And if you have larger folks that visit, they will be comfortable!”
