“Ashley furniture does not honor price match with other retailers, only amazon for online. I ordered my Emilia sofa which is $3600 and they want $399 to bring it inside. The same sofa which is a design by Ashley, currently costs $2725 on Coleman furniture and has free white glove service. Save yourself over $1000 and don’t order it through here.”

Not Your Grandfather's Sofa

“The sofa is very nice and comfortable. I love the style and think it looks very modern and chic; it's not your granddad's sofa, that's for sure. However, some may be able to tell that the sides and back are man-made leather (the cushions and pillows are genuine leather) because there is the slightest difference in color and texture, but you won't notice if you aren't looking for it. My husband when he looked it over once it was delivered could tell the difference, and isn't pleased with the over all look of the man-made portion. We were not able to view it in any of the showrooms.”

“Bought this couch in store. Dimensions in the store are spot on. The dimensions on the website are off. The back piece is 132” and fit perfectly in the space I needed.
Delivery was easy and couch came in perfect condition. Can’t wait to see how it holds up.”

“So far the couch is very nice looking and seems well made! We just had it delivered so we will see how it holds up. We got to see this in store and it was very comfortable to sit in and seemed to wear well with heavy traffic. I would mention that the dimension are wrong online so be careful if it is a close call for you. The real dimensions are 133 x 91 which, 3 inches can make or break it for some. For us this is making the couch a tight fit....”

“The company keeps deleting my review but trying again. Do not purchase this couch! The seat cushions wear terribly and we are now sitting on a slope a year after purchasing the couch. You slide off the couch. We purchased the extra warranty (for $500) and neither the manufacturer's warranty nor the extra warranty will help with this issue. We've reached out to multiple upholstery shops to even try to fix this issue out of our own pocket and because the seat cushions are attached, no one can help us.”

“I bought the two piece sectional Ashley delivered it damaged. My mistake was not inspecting before the delivery folks hurriedly left my home. Dealing with Ashley customer service is absolutely a nightmare. My opinion is that Ashley's customer service is the worst that I have seen in my 74 years.”

“I never write reviews for anything but this piece is that good. Shopping for a deep comfortable leather sectional/couch has been a daunting process. I was nervous I would get it wrong and not be happy. Now that this piece is in our living room, I love it! It’s very comfortable, spacious and it looks great.”

“We absolutely loved this sofa until we started noticing the leather mist be wearing off. We bought it and the end of May 2024 and picked up in June. Of course soon as we started noticing this it’s just barely out of the one year warranty. There are very small black dots on the leather looking like the leather has somehow wore off the top layer. Its on the end piece. So for only a year old very poor quality. Maybe we got a defective end piece. Very very sad as we love the couch.”

Great Look, Comfortable Feel, Cushion Quality Needs Work

“Overall, this couch is very comfortable and looks great in my home. I’ve had it for about six months, and while I’m a smaller person (115 lbs) and rarely spend long stretches lounging on it, some of the cushions have already gone flat. The biggest issue is with the wedge section — it flattened so much that I had to add risers underneath just to keep it level with the other cushions. The padding in general feels smushed, and since there’s no way to restuff the bottom cushions, it’s not an easy fix.
Another frustration is that the back cushions don’t stay in place. Because of the leather/fabric finish and lack of any velcro or attachments, they shift around a lot. It’s possible to add velcro after the fact, but I wish the couch came that way from the start.
That said, it’s still a very comfortable couch and looks beautiful in the space — I just wish the cushion durability and design details were better given the investment.”

“This sectional is incredibly disappointing. I had a beautiful leather sofa that my family of 5 had for 10 years, we decided to get a new one. We went with this couch and the so called “genuine leather” has already peeled (yes peeled) off. The other actual tore and when I tried to use the warranty, I was told these were “normal
Wear and tear” I’ve had them 13 months. For the money, this was NOT good quality. Ashley Furniture was also incredibly unhelpful in this situation.”

“We have had this couch for just under a year now. We bought 7 sectional pieces & 2 ottomans. Upon delivery we had to reject 4 of the pieces due to them being ripped and wood frames being broken. Then now we had to just have two sections replaced under warranty because of holes again. The arms and backs of them just keep ripping, even on the new replacement the corner already has a hole again!!! I am outraged that we spent so much on a couch that was supposed to be “great, top of the line for Ashley”. Also, we were in utter shock when we brought in our new replacement pieces and put them against our not even year old sections and saw how broken down the couch already is. Our furniture store told us they have been having this problem with this couch constantly and they will no longer be offering it in their store. I would NOT recommend this couch to anyone. Buy something better.”
