“Couch has a scuff mark on the outside corner on the right side that is quite visible and was there when we unboxed the couch so it happened prior to being wrapped and shipped. Customer service rep said that they could send materials for free but I would need to pay $120 for a tech to come out to replace the panel. She would not allow me to speak to any manager or anyone above her about the situation. I bought my last couches from Ashley so went back to them but am very disappointed and unfortunately will not purchase anything from them in the future,”
