“Our sales gal totally blew the sale, spent more time staring at her tablet than talking to us, she was locked up with literally zero salesmanship skills, qualify, determine want/need, establish urgency, offer up solutions toward making a sale, she flipped us to a senior salesman and he closed us in 10 minutes, and made good on his promise to deliver in 3 days!”

“Couch has a scuff mark on the outside corner on the right side that is quite visible and was there when we unboxed the couch so it happened prior to being wrapped up and shipped. Customer service rep said they could send materials for free but I would need to pay $120 for a tech to come out to replace the side panel. She would not allow me to speak to any manager or anyone above her about the situation. I bought my last set of couches from Ashley so went back to them but am very disappointed and unfortunately will not purchase anything from them in the future.”

“I did not want to spend over $5K for a sectional, even though I fell in love with it at the store. Somehow Google knew how much I wanted it and alerted me to the last holiday sale. Since it was on sale, I reluctantly pulled the trigger on the Emilia 5 piece and the ottoman after confirming it would fit in the space. It is beautiful and resilient! My out of control dogs use it as an obstacle course, but you would never know if you looked at it. It is so comfortable that a recent guest chose to sleep on it, instead of the day bed in my office. I would 10/10 purchase it again AT FULL PRICE! Fortunately, I have 21 months left to pay it off with no interest. The photo is from move in day, it's been rearranged since and looks beautiful in the updated layout!”
