“Purchased on line as a platform bed, bed/frame did not include the base/flat piece of wood to create the platform. This should be disclosed in the description of the product. I now have to purchase a sheet of plywood or box spring which delays the use of the bed”

“I purchased this mattress about 7 months ago with high hopes that it would be a great mattress and unfortunately, it's not. the quality is not what I expected, at all. it feels like you can feel the coil pattern in the mattress and it's more hard, than it is firm. I would not purchase this again, nor recommend it to anyone. I have another memory foam firm mattress that I purchased 10 years ago that is still a great mattress that is firm and feels comfortable. This Sealy Beauclair mattress does not compare to even a 10 year old mattress.”

“The online purchase process was OK but was a bit higher than was expected. I couldn't receive my mail flyer discount. I also think that the delivery fee is way too expensive for me. I wanted to order more items but I changed my mind because of that.”
