Noisy!

“I love the comfort of the bed. The level of firmness is great. The downside is how noisy the bed is! It creaks like an old wooden floor every time I move. I just bought this mattress on 5/31 and I am so annoyed. The creaky sound takes away from the comfort.”

“First night was like a brick if you're a side sleeper don't buy a firm you'll hate your life. Ashley wouldn't return it after one night. Bought matress topper will see how it goes. never had that much pain in one day. Ashley told me it was my responsibility to research matresses they never asked how I slept or how much I weigh blamed it on me I told them I have back problems so they sold me a concrete slab lost a customer.”

Worst Ever!!!

“DO NOT BUY, Worst Service Ever!!This is the worst mattress I have EVER purchased!!! Within a couple of weeks it started to sink in middle you can’t have two people because you lean into each other at angle towards center(pulls you in). If you(just one person)try to sleep closer to edge your body is being pulled toward center of bed because sides are still quite firm and sturdy unlike center of bed. Was told to let break in and it would get better in a couple of months it did NOT had a service guy from Sealy( Ashley does nothing says once it’s delivered out of their hands)come out to to take a look and you can clearly see the sagging/sinking with no one on bed but he states if it’s not more than 2inches it’s “fine “ even though when you lay in it it’s more when half of your body is pulled down towards center. Said rotate and will break in, It’s been 8 moths now and even worse my body feels like it’s 80yrs old and I’m in 40’s and no one will do anything! To make it even worse we bought this same mattress for my dad about a week or two ago before I bought mine and he is having the Exact Same Issue with his mattress and still nothing is being done we are stuck with these mattresses, no help, money lost, and our bodies are in pain. Do Not Buy the Sealy Princeton mattress!!!”
