“This sofa was damaged during delivery and when I first sent a chat message they asked to wait 24-72 hours for a response. I called at the allotted time, and they said they wanted to repair the damage, and my response was no I want it picked up. Their response was they needed to send to another team and to wait another 24-72 hours. This couch is a piece of junk. The top in the corner was torn and the front at the bottom is all rippled across”
