“The quality of this piece does not deserve the Ashley name. That being said, I have initiated a return in the 72 hour window and have received nothing but ball drops & the run-around from Ashley “Customer Service”. From unanswered calls, to emails and now to vague responses that are literal non-responses. These are the tactics of a company that no longer stands behind what it sells. The construction of this sofa is poor at best: the material is very thin and the arms have little to no padding. Buyer beware.”

“I love everything about it except for one thing. It makes a noise when I sit in it and glide. I’ve looked underneath it and I cannot figure out why it’s making that noise. I have to turn the TV up just so I don’t hear the noise. If you can live with the noise, then this loveseat is for you.”
