Harder mattress than I had hoped to get when I purchased a medium. I would not recommend it if you want a medium mattress.

“The mattress is nice, but it wasn't as soft as I had hoped for. It is a medium, but the top layer was not a pillow top like the one I saw in the store was. I purchased a mattress pad hoping to make it softer. I'm unable to return the mattress, because it isn't defective, just not with a pillow top as I'd hoped.”
