Horrible warranty

“Horrible warranty service. I test the mattress in store for better trust but I regret it. We received the mattress with defects upon delivery and then we waited to see if they would disappear with use and nothing. Warranty sucks dont even rely on that. They said so many buts even though everything was proven it was a defect and then blame my bed frame even though I passed all the requirements of the slats. Never again im buying this brand. Im stuck with a mattress that hurts all my back because it looks like I have a speed bump on the middle of the mattress. Less than 6 months use.”
