“I purchased this mattress on May 18th, 2025, it was supposed to be delivered on June the 21st 2025 it was actually delivered a week early than expected. I have been having the hardest time getting this mattress exchanged due to them sending the wrong size mattress it was a Queen instead of a King, so I have been having to sleep on the couch due to mistake. I will never order online again from Ashleys poor customer service.”
